The Versatile Blogger Award!

So today guys I am blogging about something completely different which hopefully will be of interest to some of you! I was recently tagged by the wonderful Charlie (who's blog you should totally check out) to share 7 facts about myself (this can actually prove quite difficult when you sit to think about it), but here it goes...

1. I am a history graduate. So I actually only graduated from the University of Wolverhampton this year with a BA Hons in History. Uni was a wonderful experience and the sense of achievement was completely worth it at the end!

2. I have Indian heritage. I could not be farther from that beautiful caramel skin tone but I do actually have around a quarter of Indian heritage on my mothers side as her grandmother was originally from India.

3. I love cats, like full on obsessed. I know that everyone says 'oh yes I'm cat crazy' but belieeeeeeve me I adore the darn things. I have never actually owned one but now that we have moved I am hoping we can get one come November! (If so... expect lots of cat related posts!)

4. I love period dramas. Obviously as I took history at university I am pretty interested in the past, especially the late 1800's/early 1900's. There's something about the clothing, manners and etiquette that draws me to it.

5. Xbox gaming is a great love of mine. Yes, I am a gamer girl. Ever since I was young I have always had an interest in all types of games, whether it be Sims on the PC to Battlefield 1. So if there are any other fellow Xbox gamers please feel free to ask for my gamer tag.

6. I love to cook. Now give me any type of savory meal to create and I will be happy to give it a go (especially lasagna... I love me some lasagna). But give me a cake to bake and I will fail miserably, I don't know what it is but I unfortunately do not posses the ability to create sweet foods!

7. I live in the country. I have a field at the back of my house and I absolutely love it! The farmer even has a rotation of cows and sheep that appear in the field every so often.
