August Slipped Away into a Moment in Time Well can you believe it, September starts this week. Where has August gone, and to be honest most of this year? I can't say I'm not excited for the nights to draw in, chilly mornings and cozy scarfs and coats!  I've already begun searching for autumnal treasures in the shops and I managed to find a handful of items that I'll use year after year.  I'll start with Asda (George) who have some beautiful autumn/ Halloween bits, there were pumpkin covered duvets, blankets and cushions and some wonderful burnt orange items. However, as I already have a pumpkin covered duvet from a previous year (I actually think that was Asda too) I picked up this beautiful black cat one. Welcome to the Family Lola! 🐈 If you already follow me on Instagram then you will know that we have a little black cat called Lola. We adopted our little ball of sunshine on the 25th of July 2019 from my parents neighbours.  She is a little ghost tabby which means she has stripes that can be seen on her when she's in the sun. She is an indoor cat and honestly she's a little trouble maker (but we wouldn't have her any other way).  She goes by Lola, Bean, lil bean and babs.   If you want to follow her and her sisters adventures (Luna) then you can find them on Instagram (lunalolaworld). Ciao for now, Laura x

Secondly the pandemic hit and although you may think 'well surely you had time then', unfortunately I work in the NHS and so we carried on as normal (well a weird normal!). So yeah, it got a bit busy, then in 2021 as it was starting to calm down slightly we decided to sell or first home in the mist of the property market being through the roof and we sold ...
